Subscription Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation. Subscribers may cancel their subscription at any time and for any reason. Cancellation requests must be submitted by contacting Tasklon directly; no reason for cancellation is required, and no cancellation fee is imposed. Cancellation is effective upon Tasklon's confirmation of the request.

2. Access During the Remainder of the Current Term. Upon cancellation, the subscription will not renew and no further charges will be incurred. The subscriber may continue to use the existing subscription through the end of the then-current subscription term, and the subscription will terminate automatically on that expiration date. No refunds or partial credits are issued for the unused portion of the current term.

3. Forfeiture of Rollover Hours. Any accrued and unused rollover hours are forfeited in their entirety upon expiration of the subscription. Forfeited hours have no cash value, are non-refundable and non-transferable, and cannot be restored, reinstated, or otherwise recovered under any circumstances, including in the event the subscriber re-subscribes at a later date.

4. Loss of Promotional and Grandfathered Rates. Any promotional, legacy, or grandfathered rate associated with a canceled subscription terminates with that subscription and does not survive cancellation. A subscriber who elects to re-subscribe at a later date will do so at the rates and terms then in effect, and Tasklon is under no obligation to reinstate any prior pricing.
